
We meet in Corfu town and transfer to Gouvia Marina, where our boat awaits. After settling in, we sail along Corfu’s eastern coastline, passing small coves and villages nestled among olive groves. Our first stop is Kalami, a sheltered bay on the northeast coast, where we enjoy our first swim in the Ionian Sea, followed by dinner on board under the stars.

This morning, we set sail from Kalami along Corfu’s dramatic northwest coast, where green headlands plunge into the Ionian Sea. By midday, we arrive in Palaiokastritsa, a place renowned for its turquoise waters and hidden coves. Here we anchor for a refreshing swim before enjoying lunch on board, surrounded by the striking coastal scenery.
In the afternoon, we set off on our hike, beginning in the hillside village of Lakones. The trail leads us through olive groves, cypress forests, and stone paths, descending gradually toward the traditional village of Doukades. We end the day by dining at a family-run taverna in the village square, savoring local Corfiot flavors.

After breakfast on board, we sail south along Corfu’s coastline, passing cliffs and sandy beaches until we reach Halikounas, a wide beach backed by dunes next to Lake Korission. From there, we hike toward Agios Georgios, following coastal and sandy paths that offer broad views of the Ionian Sea and the lagoon’s wetlands, showcasing Corfu’s more natural landscapes.
Back on board, we raise the sails for Paxoi. The afternoon crossing takes us into the heart of the Ionian, arriving at the small, peaceful island in time for a swim in its clear waters, followed by a relaxed dinner on deck.

We start the day in Loggos, a picturesque harbor town with pastel houses along the waterfront. From there, we hike along historic paths through olive groves, cypress trees, and small hamlets, making our way to Gaios, the lively capital of Paxoi.
Once in Gaios, we return to the boat for lunch on board. The afternoon is free to swim in nearby coves or explore the town’s narrow lanes, where stone houses, shaded squares, and seaside cafés reflect the island’s relaxed, timeless charm.

This morning, we set out from Gaios port, following coastal and hillside trails toward one of Paxoi’s most striking natural landmarks: the Tripito Arch. The path passes through olive groves and open cliffs, offering broad views over the Ionian Sea, until we reach the stone arch rising above the waves. We pause here to take in the scenery before returning to Gaios.
In the afternoon, we sail to Antipaxoi, a small island known for its clear waters and quiet bays. Once anchored in a sheltered cove, the afternoon is free for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing on deck as the sun sets over the Ionian.

After breakfast, we leave Antipaxoi and sail north to the colorful town of Parga. Nestled beneath a Venetian castle and backed by green hills, Parga delights with its pastel houses, winding alleys, and lively seafront. We step ashore to explore the cobblestone streets and visit the fortress for panoramic views of the bay.
In the afternoon, we return to the boat and sail to nearby Syvota, a group of sheltered bays and small islands often called the “Caribbean of Greece.” Once anchored, there’s time to swim in the clear waters before settling in for the night.

This morning, we leave Syvota and sail back across the Ionian to Corfu. Our first stop is Benitses, a village that combines a lively waterfront with easy access to the island’s interior hills. From there, we set out on a scenic loop hike through olive groves and forested slopes, passing the small hamlets of Dafnata, Halidiata, and Makrata.
After the hike, we sailing back to Gouvia Marina. The day concludes with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant, celebrating a week of sailing, hiking, and exploring the Ionian islands.
