It is the responsibility of each traveler to secure their own round-trip flight and the cost of the flight is not included in the tour fee.

Once you are notified by Tripin Adventures that the tour is confirmed, you may then secure your flight.

Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion. At the end of your trip, if you're happy with the service you received, providing a tip for the leader - though not compulsory - is appropriate.

You will be notified at the time of the booking of the final price of your holiday. You will be required at the time of the booking to pay us a deposit, typically 30% of the total quoted holiday price unless otherwise specified due to special circumstances or suppliers.
The remaining balance of the full holiday price of the booking should be made at least 95 days prior to departure. In the cases of late booking, which are less than 95 days prior to departure, the quoted holiday price is settled and invoiced in full.

Total agreed package amount should be deposited to Tripin Adventures bank account in Euro currency in full net of any foreign exchange conversion rate disparities and any bank transfer charges.
We accept wire transfers and credit card payments. Note, that if you want to pay with a credit card you will have an additional charge for convenience fees. Visa & MasterCard payments will be charged an additional 3% and AmEx an additional 3.5% to cover transaction fees.

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply and are due to Tripin Adventures at the time (prior to departure) we receive written notice of your cancellation.

Cancelation charge (in% of the total holiday quoted price)
95 or more days: The company will reimburse the paid amount, deducting 50% of the deposit to account for service management and cancellation expenses.
94-60 days: 30% of trip cost
59-30 days: 50% of trip cost
29 days or less: 100% of trip cost

Exception: Cancellation of specific transportation reservations, such as scheduled air and ferry tickets, as well as non-refundable hotel deposits, may incur cancellation charges of up to 100%, irrespective of the notice period provided to us. We retain the right to transfer these charges, applicable to both transportation and accommodation, to you. In such cases, you will be informed at the time of your booking. Additionally, the cancellation terms outlined above will be applicable to other aspects of your holiday, including activities and any supplemental services.

Each trip requires a minimum number of participants. If we sign up enough participants to run a trip, the trip is confirmed, and we'll alert travelers so they can purchase their airfare. Many of our departures confirm with as few as four trip participants.
In most cases, if a trip doesn't have enough participants, you may either transfer to another departure date or trip, be refunded your deposit or you might be able to pay a supplemental fee to run the trip with fewer participants.

We know that it's important that you stay well rested on your adventure so we're picky about our accommodation. We believe in comfort, but not necessarily luxury. We generally stay in handpicked small, locally-owned hotels rather than large international chains. They are chosen for their local character, ambiance, cleanliness and security. In larger cities we use cozy boutique hotels, most of the times located in the old part of town.
Note that the hotels indicated in our itineraries are indicative and they are subject to change if they don't have availability on the selected dates of your trip. In this event, they’re going to be replaced with a similar hotel.

The success of your adventure starts with proper preparation and we'll work hard to make sure you have everything you need. As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you a Pre Departure Document which includes all the information needed, in order to be prepared for your trip.

Accommodations (hotels, tents, and cruise cabins) are based on double/twin occupancy and there is no single supplement fee for those willing to share accommodations with a same-gender roommate.
If you prefer single accommodations, you must pay a single supplement fee. If you are willing to share but we are unable to pair you with a same-gender roommate, you will not be charged the single supplement fee.
Note that there are a limited number of single accommodations available and on a few trips, single accommodations are not available.

Yes, in most cases we can arrange additional accommodation at our starting or ending hotels. If we are unable to provide you with the extra nights, we will give you the name of a hotel you can contact directly.

Greeks take what they eat, and how it is prepared very seriously. One of the delights of traveling through Greece is coming across a family-run taverna which serves farm-fresh, home-grown produce. Greek cooking reflects the history and bounty of its diverse regions and relies on fresh, seasonal, local products.

We will try our very best to accommodate all dietary requirements you may have.

We want to have a balance between activity, cultural interests and leisure time. Most of the days we start breakfast at 8 am and we depart the hotel at 9. Then we do the activities according to the itinerary and have lunch around 1 pm. We go back to the hotel around 4 am and after few hours of rest and free time we meet for dinner around 7 pm.
