SELF GUIDED TRIPS

Our self-guided tours are perfect for travelers that prefer to venture on their own without the services of a guide, and provide a great balance between a guided group tour and planning a trip on your own. They are meticulously organized itineraries that combine the freedom to travel on your own with the support of having your own personal travel planner. We’ll organize all of the reservations and logistics, buy the boat tickets, recommend favorite hikes and sights, and arrange a trip that meets your specifications.
In order to provide an independent hiking experience that works smoothly, we provide a comprehensive package of materials, including hiking maps with outlined routes, GPS routes, written hike descriptions, and all of the necessary arrangements to make your independent hiking tour a success.
Our guide will meet you in your hotel the day one of the tour and he will provide you with whatever you need for the tour. You will also discuss with him all the details of the tour and he'll throw in some great tips that only locals know!

DAY MOMENTS: SELF GUIDED

story-1

9:35

I woke up late and I found out that Tom had left me a note saying that he had gone for a morning swim.

story-2

10:30

Although breakfast had finished, Giorgos and Maria, the owners of the hotel had kept us yummy, homemade honey-sesame bars because they knew we were going for a hike.

story-3

11:30

During the hike we followed old cobblestone paths, that took us from one village to another. With the GPS, little thinking or effort was required. We pushed a few buttons and voila! We just had to follow the red line.

story-4

11:55

While stopping to take a picture, a local farmer approached us and gave us a wild artichoke to taste.

story-5

13:30

After the hike our friendly driver Nikos took us down to the coast, for a fresh seafood feast in a restaurant by the sea.

story-6

15:10

Siesta time! We returned back to our boutique hotel, a Neoclassical Mansion built in 1864, and we took a nap as Greeks do.

story-7

17:30

In the afternoon we went for a relaxing stroll through the narrow streets of the town and stopped for a coffee in a little square, watching the people pass by.

story-8

19:22

We learnt how to cook and we ate as a local in Miss Nikoleta’s house during a cooking lesson session.

story-9

20:50

Walking back to our hotel, and as the lighthouse was starting to operate, we discussed about the lovely day we had.

We offer many of our standard guided tours as independent options,
so just find a tour that you like, tell us the date that you'd like to begin,
and we'll do the rest.
